Grated. Lots =)
  1. Fry the Bacon and Onion till they are sautee'd and set aside
  2. (Sauce) Add flour and butter to a saucepan on medium heat.
  3. Allow butter to melt through flour, and mix well
  4. Cook Flour and Butter together for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Remove from Heat
  6. (Pasta) Fill another large saucepan with boiling water, and add salt to taste, and about a teaspoon of butter or oil. Add Pasta.
  7. (Sauce) Add milk to the flour and butter and mix well.
  8. Place Saucepan back on medium heat, and gently heat, while constantly mixing, until the sauce thickens.

  10. Add the bacon and onion, and leave the sauce on a low heat for about 5 minutes, mixing occassionally to ensure the cheese is melted through.

How many people does this recipe make for?

Anj, its quite filling, so you don't really need much. I would say 2 full meals, or 4 side dishes.
