Cheesy Bacon Carbonara

Intro
Well guys, I know this is a little bit out there, but I thought i would share with you my variation on a Bacon Carbonara. Believe me when I say, I know this is less than traditional, but it is definietly easy and delicious to make. Not to mention, CHEAP!
What You'll Need
Ingredient

Flour
| 4-5 Tablespoons

Butter
| 3-4 Tablespoons
|
Pasta
| 250g
|
Milk
| 500mLs - 750 mLs
|
Bacon
| 2-3 Rashers
|
Onion
| 1/2 an onion
|
Cheese
| Grated. Lots =)
|
- Fry the Bacon and Onion till they are sautee'd and set aside
- (Sauce) Add flour and butter to a saucepan on medium heat.
- Allow butter to melt through flour, and mix well
- Cook Flour and Butter together for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from Heat
- (Pasta) Fill another large saucepan with boiling water, and add salt to taste, and about a teaspoon of butter or oil. Add Pasta.
- (Sauce) Add milk to the flour and butter and mix well.
- Place Saucepan back on medium heat, and gently heat, while constantly mixing, until the sauce thickens.
- Slowly add the grated cheese, mixing all the time.
- Add the bacon and onion, and leave the sauce on a low heat for about 5 minutes, mixing occassionally to ensure the cheese is melted through.
- (Pasta) Drain the majority of water from the pasta, then return it straight back into the pan.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta, and and mix through.
- ENJOY!

Anj, its quite filling, so you don't really need much. I would say 2 full meals, or 4 side dishes.
